About This Battery

The Traxxas Power Cell 5000 mAh 3S LiPo in the short (135 mm) format. Two physical styles of this battery exist: this 2832X is the short style; the 2872X is the long style. Both are electrically identical — same voltage, capacity, and C rating — but their dimensions differ. Confirm which format fits your vehicle's battery compartment before ordering.

The short format works well in vehicles like the earlier versions of Rustler VXL, Bandit VXL, Stampede VXL 2WD, and 4×4 trucks that cannot accommodate the longer pack. Features Traxxas iD High-Current Connector with integrated balance plug and 12 AWG Maxx Cable.

Consult your vehicle's owner's manual to verify battery compartment fitment before ordering. This is a 3S (11.1V) battery — only use in vehicles rated for 3S LiPo. This battery uses the Traxxas iD connector and must be charged with a Traxxas iD-equipped LiPo charger — do not charge with a NiMH-only charger or non-iD charger.
