The T-Maxx 3.3 is the truck that defined nitro monster performance — and it’s still the benchmark. Shaft-driven 4WD, the award-winning TRX® 3.3 Racing Engine, an extended blue-anodized aluminum chassis, and giant 6.3" Maxx® tires combine into a machine that climbs, launches, and hammers terrain that stops everything else cold. At 45+ mph with a wide-ratio two-speed transmission, it’s not just fast — it’s relentless.
The T-Maxx 3.3 is a big 1/10 scale monster truck — at 21.21 inches long and 16.5 inches wide, it’s about the size of a push lawn mower or a golden retriever. Those 6.3" Maxx® tires aren’t just for show: they add real ground clearance to roll over curbs, rocks, and anything else in the way.
The T-Maxx 3.3 is for experienced RC drivers who want the real nitro monster truck experience — not a substitute. Skill Level 4. This truck rewards patience with engine break-in and tuning, and pays back with a driving experience no electric truck can fully replicate. If you’re stepping into nitro for the first time, plan time to learn the engine before you go full throttle.

No — nitro fuel is not included. Traxxas recommends Top Fuel 20% or 33% nitromethane blend. Available at most hobby shops including JackWagon.
Eight AA alkaline batteries total — four for the transmitter and four for the receiver pack. Not included. Traxxas AA batteries (PN 2914) available separately.
The included charger requires a 12V DC source (cigarette lighter socket). For wall outlet charging, the Traxxas AC adapter TRA2976 is available separately.
TSM (Traxxas Stability Management) monitors the vehicle’s direction and makes steering corrections to keep it tracking straight — under hard acceleration, through corners, and under braking. It works through steering inputs only and never limits throttle or reduces wheel spin. Adjustable 0–100% via the multi-function knob on the TQi transmitter, or turn it off entirely.
The included 6511 Wireless Module connects the T-Maxx to the free Traxxas Link app (iOS and Android). From the app you can monitor live telemetry (speed, RPM, engine temperature), adjust vehicle settings, and save profiles for up to 30 models.
