The Traxxas Ford® Fiesta® ST Rally VXL is a 1/10 scale AWD brushless rally car that comes fully assembled and Ready-To-Race® out of the box. It's powered by the legendary Velineon® brushless system — 3500 Kv motor, VXL-3s™ ESC, and 3S LiPo capability — delivering 60+ mph with precise, responsive throttle control. The officially licensed Ford® Fiesta® ST body uses Traxxas' clipless mounting system: no posts, no clips, drop it on and snap it into place. All electronics are fully waterproof.
The Extreme Heavy-Duty Upgrade Kit comes factory installed: reinforced caster blocks, axle carriers, steering blocks, EHD driveshafts with 6 mm axles, and steel wheel hexes. The TQi™ radio system includes Traxxas Stability Management® (TSM), which improves traction and composure on low-grip surfaces without dulling the throttle.

Battery: Accepts 6–7 cell NiMH flat packs or 2S–3S LiPo (battery compartment: 165 × 50 × 23/26 mm). The Traxxas High-Current Connector is pre-installed. Running 3S LiPo unlocks the full speed potential of the Velineon system.
Charger: The Traxxas EZ-Peak® Plus (PN 2970) handles NiMH and LiPo up to 3S — the practical everyday choice. For Bluetooth monitoring via the Traxxas app, the EZ-Peak® Live (PN 2971) is the upgrade option.

At 1/10 scale, the Fiesta ST Rally VXL is about the size of a watermelon — 21 inches long, 11 inches wide. Compact enough for a driveway or parking lot, fast enough that you'll want plenty of open space.
The Velineon 3500 Kv motor pairs with the waterproof VXL-3s ESC for 60+ mph performance on 3S LiPo. The ESC supports three drive profiles: Sport Mode (forward/brake/reverse), Race Mode (forward/brake only), and patented Training Mode™ (50% throttle/reverse) for newer drivers. Two-stage low-voltage detection protects LiPo packs from over-discharge. The system runs on both NiMH (6–9 cells) and LiPo (2S–3S), so you can start on whatever battery you have and step up to 3S when you're ready.
TSM is built into the TQi™ radio system and works automatically to improve straight-line acceleration and braking on low-traction surfaces — pavement, gravel, wet ground. It maintains steering composure during throttle-on power slides and never reduces top speed or throttle response. Adjustable from fully off to 100% assistance from the transmitter dial.
Reinforced caster blocks, axle carriers, and steering blocks; EHD driveshafts with oversized 6 mm axles and steel wheel hexes — all factory-fitted. Combined with the modular chassis that comes apart in under a minute with a power screwdriver, this is a vehicle built to be run hard and maintained easily.
The TQi transmitter stores settings for up to 30 Traxxas Link-enabled models and includes a programmable multi-function knob. The 5-channel receiver (6533) features built-in fail-safe: if signal is lost, throttle returns to neutral and last-commanded steering is held automatically. Add the Traxxas Link Wireless Module (sold separately) for real-time telemetry to your phone via the free Traxxas Link™ app.
The Ford® Fiesta® ST body snaps onto the chassis without clips or posts. Side tabs release it in seconds for battery access. Integrated nerf bars add side protection; a reinforced dual-profile rear wing provides high-speed downforce and rollover durability.
VXL-3s ESC, 2075 servo, and receiver box are all fully waterproof. The receiver routes through a patented watertight seal for all-weather operation.
Skill Level 2 — the VXL is best suited to drivers who have some RC experience and are ready to step up to serious brushless performance. 60+ mph on a 1/10 platform requires open space and attentive control. TSM makes it more forgiving than a raw brushless setup, but this isn't a first-RC-car purchase. It's an excellent choice for an experienced driver wanting a fast, capable, low-maintenance rally platform, or as a step-up vehicle for someone who's outgrown entry-level brushless.
