Skulls are the connective tissue of the Warhammer aesthetic, and this box exists so you never have to ration them. It holds 340 of them, plus 20 loose jawbones, ranging from ordinary human remains through Ork, T'au, Kroot, Genestealer, Bloodletter, Plaguebearer, and things large enough to need two components to assemble.
They go on bases, on scenery, on trophy racks, on Khornate anything. The damaged and partial skulls are the ones that do the most work, since scattered fragments underfoot read as a battlefield in a way a clean skull does not.
Plastic cement or a thin superglue to attach them, and clippers to take them off the frame.
Anyone basing an army and tired of bare texture paint, converters looking for parts, and terrain builders who want a single box that covers every faction they might ever build for.

Yes, and the 20 jawbones are on top of that. The manufacturer contents list restates the jawbones at the end, which reads like extras, but they are the same 20 already itemized.
Nothing about them is system-specific. They work on any 28mm to 32mm scale project, and the human skulls suit historical and fantasy basing equally.
Yes. They are supplied unpainted on the frame, like any plastic kit.
