About This Box

Key Features

Two units in this box build two ways. The Tyrant Guard can be assembled as Hive Guard with an impaler cannon or shockcannon instead, and the Biovore can be built as a flame-spewing Pyrovore. That is a meaningful choice rather than a cosmetic one, since it changes what the force does at range.

Heads, bodies, tails, legs, arms and weapons are interchangeable across the miniatures. The Tyrant Guard arm with crushing claws, scything talons, or a bone sword and lash whip, and each Genestealer has a head option.

Who It's For

A Tyranid player who wants a compact force that plays aggressively, and a good entry into the faction because the customisation is built into the sprues rather than requiring a bits box. The Genestealers carry the assault, the Tyrant Guard absorb return fire, and the Biovore reaches what the rest cannot.
