About This Kit

Rotswords are Nurglite footsoldiers who announce themselves before they arrive. The acrid stink coming off them makes even steady troops baulk, and the thick plates of rusting metal they fight in mean the ones who do hold their nerve have a hard time putting them down.

That combination is the whole point of the unit. This kit builds ten of them, and they are at their best planted on an objective, difficult to shift and unpleasant to stand near, hacking away with blighted blades and bludgeons while the rest of the army does something more interesting elsewhere.

What's Included

• (10x) Rotswords, with parts to build one as a champion, one as a musician, and one as a standard bearer
• (10x) 32 mm round bases

You will also need plastic glue and paint to finish this kit. Warhammer Colour, formerly Citadel Colour, is what Games Workshop recommends.

Who It's For

Maggotkin players who need a line unit that stays where it is put. Rotswords are the durable middle of a Nurgle army, the models that take a position early and are still on it when the game is decided. For painters, rust and corrosion are forgiving effects to work with, which makes this a good unit to learn weathering on before committing to anything more delicate.

Contains small parts and components with fine points. Not suitable for children under 3 years. Recommended for ages 12+. Model comes unassembled and requires assembly and painting.
