About This Kit

Daemon Princes were mortal champions once, elevated to eternal daemonhood as the reward waiting at the end of a long and treacherous Path to Glory. Each is a walking testament to what Chaos does to the people it favours: an immortal warlord loaded with malevolent gifts, striding or soaring across the battlefield unleashing everything the warp has given it.

This kit builds one, and it builds him for either setting. The same sprues carry an ornate breastplate for the Mortal Realms and a warped parody of power armour for the 41st Millennium, which is what lets a single box serve a Slaves to Darkness army or half a dozen Chaos factions in Warhammer 40,000.

Key Features

• Two torso armour options: an ornate breastplate suited to the Mortal Realms, or a warped parody of power armour for the 41st Millennium, each with matching pauldrons and vambraced forearms
• A choice of clawed or hooved legs, perched on either a cracked rock or a pile of stones and skulls
• Armed with a hellforged sword, a daemonic axe, or a pair of malefic talons, with a choice of arm poses
• Back options of a pair of wings, a grisly trophy rack, or a corrupted Heretic Astartes power pack
• Six heads, one for each of the four Chaos Gods and two for Chaos Undivided, plus trophies, Chaotic sigils, and tail tips for dedicating the model to a specific patron

Who It's For

Chaos players in either game system. In Warhammer Age of Sigmar he leads a Slaves to Darkness force; in Warhammer 40,000 the same model serves Chaos Space Marines, World Eaters, Emperor's Children, Death Guard, Thousand Sons, or Chaos Daemons. For a painter, the head and armour options leave the build genuinely open: the model you build says which god you follow before anyone reads a rule.
