About This Kit

This is a raiding force straight off the Soul Forges, and it is built like one: something to break the line, something to hold it, something to shoot from the back, and a way to get everyone where they are going.

A Lord Discordant on his Helstalker leads, which puts a melee threat and a command model in the same package. The Venomcrawler scuttles ahead of him looking for close-quarters work. Ten Legionaries do the flexible middle, capable at range and in a fight. Havocs and a pair of Obliterators handle heavy weapons from further back, and a Chaos Rhino carries the infantry into position rather than making them walk.

Key Features

The Helstalker takes a techno-virus injector or a magma cutter, and an autocannon or a conflagration weapon. Legionaries can carry a plasma gun, flamer, missile launcher, heavy bolter, or rocket, and the kit includes the parts for two Aspiring Champions. The Chaos Rhino has a combi-bolter or a pintle-mounted combi-weapon, a gunner or a closed hatch, and a pile of cosmetic options: Chaos icons, trophy racks, chains, hooks, a dozer blade, and corrupted armour plating.

Who It's For

Starting a Chaos Space Marines army with a functioning core rather than a shopping list, or filling the gaps in one that has grown unevenly. The decal sheets alone cover six Legions, so the box does not commit you to a colour scheme.

Contains small parts and components with fine points. Not suitable for children under 3 years. Recommended for ages 12+. Model comes unassembled and requires assembly and painting.
