New Items
Arkanauts are the crews who make the Kharadron airfleets work. They sail the skyvessels, repel boarders, and when there is aether-gold on the ground below, they are the ones who go down the grav-ladders after it. Sealed suits of armoured leather, aether-powered firearms, and a working sailor's assortment of deck tools that double as weapons.
This kit builds a full company of ten, and it is the unit a Kharadron army is actually built around. Grizzled privateers doing dangerous work for a share of the profits, which is a rather different motivation from most of what fights in the Mortal Realms.
The kit comprises 83 plastic components in total.
You will also need plastic glue and paint to finish this kit. Warhammer Colour, formerly Citadel Colour, is what Games Workshop recommends.
Kharadron Overlords players, at any stage. Arkanaut Companies are the backbone of the fleet and most lists want more than one, so this is a kit people come back to. It also suits anyone drawn to the faction's look, which is closer to a steampunk merchant navy than to traditional fantasy duardin, and rewards a metallic-heavy palette.
