New Items
Daemonettes are the most numerous of Slaanesh's lesser daemons and the reason the whole faction is treated as something to be avoided rather than fought. They carry the hypnotic glamour every daemon of Slaanesh has, they are merciless, and they move with a speed and grace that makes them worse to face than their size suggests.
Ten of them come in this box, and the kit carries enough extra parts and accessories that a large unit does not end up looking like a repeated pattern.
Plus a range of additional parts and accessories for varied assembly.
You will also need plastic glue and paint to finish this kit. Warhammer Colour, formerly Citadel Colour, is what Games Workshop recommends.
Chaos players in either system. In Warhammer 40,000 they field with Chaos Daemons or alongside the Emperor's Children; in Warhammer Age of Sigmar they belong to the Hedonites of Slaanesh. That dual use makes the box unusually good value of the non-monetary kind: one purchase, two armies, no duplication.
For painters, Daemonettes are a colour exercise more than a texture one. Pale skin against a saturated scheme is the classic approach and it rewards care rather than technique.
