Ardboyz arrive with a mad bellow and the clatter of heavy pig-iron plate, which is usually the only warning anyone gets. These are battle-scarred fighters who smash through a line with crude but wickedly sharp weapons, batting aside return blows, and unlucky opponents, with slabs of shield.
They are the frontline of the Ironjawz clans and this kit builds ten of them, armoured heavily enough that the fight tends to last longer than the enemy expected.
The kit comprises 98 plastic components in total.
You will also need plastic glue and paint to finish this kit. Warhammer Colour, formerly Citadel Colour, is what Games Workshop recommends.
Orruk Warclans players building the Ironjawz side of the faction. Ardboyz are the armoured body of the army: tough enough to take a charge, mean enough to answer it, and cheap enough that a list can carry several mobs. For painters, heavy plate and exposed muscle in one model is a good excuse to practise metallics and skin side by side.
